Abstract: TO CARRY OUT THE THE FERC WILL USE REASONABLE COST INFORMATION PROVIDED BY FISH AND WILDLIFE AGENCIES TO DEVELOP FEES TO BE CHARGED HYDROELECTRIC LICENSE APPLICANTS FOR REIMBURSEMENT TO FISH AND WILDLIFE AGENCIES. REASONABLE COST ESTIMATES ARE FOR COSTS INCURRED FOR REVIEWS AND STUDIES REQUIRED FOR PROPOSED PROJECTS TO MEET MANDATORY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LICENSING.
