Section 90.176, Coordinator Notification Requirements on Frequencies Below 512 MHz, at 769-775/799-805 MHz, or at 1427-1432 MHz

The rule is necessary to require each Private Land Mobile frequency coordinator to provide, within one business day, a listing of their frequency recommendations to all other frequency coordinators in their respective pools, and, if necessary, an engineering analysis.
