There is an increase in the total annual responses increased from 4,420 to 8,840 (+ 4,420) and the total annual burden hours increased from 2,210 to 4,420 (+ 2,210). These adjustments/increases to this collection are due to the inclusion of additional applications being submitted to frequency coordinators. There are no program changes.
