Abstract: This is a renewal for surveys to provide data to estimate amount of food in Nation's refrigerated facilities and occupancy level of coolers and freezer rooms. The most important data component is estimating total food supplies which contribute to orderly marketing and price stability.

Short Statement: The Cold Storage Capacity survey is conducted every other year (odd numbered years). In this renewal cycle the survey will be conducted once, where in the previous approval it was conducted twice. The remainder of the adjustments due to 1) more detailed data collection plan with multiple mailings and the non-response that occurs after each mailing, and 2) a request to add 50 cognitive interviews per year to test questionnaire updates.
