Advanced Notification of Arrival is now titled Notice of Arrival (PPQ Form 368); Application for Approval of Facility or Sewage System is now titled Application for Approval of Establishment to Handle Regulated Garbage; and regulated garbage compliance agreements are now covered under APHIS Regulated Garbage Compliance Agreement. Labelling of Regulated Garbage Containers is a third party disclosure activity.
