Short Statement: This request for renewal includes the merger of 0579-0187 which added 963 hours of burden. Nearly all of the remaining response and burden decreases may be attributed to a policy change eliminating interstate movement permits for a large number of common species, and the COVID pandemic slowdown over the past three years contributing to a decrease in permit applications.
