Abstract: The Police Dispatch and Investigatory Records System is a software technology solution allowing PFPA to more efficiently dispatch its police officers to incidents and acts as a repository for data gathered on scene that can later be used for reporting purposes or criminal investigations. The technology simplifies information exchange across emergency management, law enforcement and investigative personnel.
