Abstract: The CAD/RMS supports PFPA Directorates responsible for incident response and saves time in mission critical operations. It gives responders the information they need to make time-critical decisions. The CAD module automates manual procedures and identifies the appropriate resources needed to respond to an event. The RMS module records and updates incident details, prioritizes events, provides actionable information to support decision making and operations, simplifies data exchange across responder Directorates, tracks resources, and automates disposition and auditing.
