Abstract: The FERC Form No. 2-A is a financial and operating report for natural gas rate regulation for non-major pipelines. Form No. 2-A is filed by "Nonmajor" natural gas pipeline companies that have combined sales for resale and gas transported or stored that is less than 50 million Dekatherms but exceeds 200,000 Dekatherms in each of three previous calendar years. The Commission collects Form No. 2-A information as prescribed in 18 CFR 260.2.

Short Statement: The FERC Form 2-A has not changed since the last time OMB approved this collection. In the last information collection request (ICR) FERC included a one-time program change or 80 hours and one response per filer. These additional hours were necessary for respondents to set up the necessary processes in order to provide information on functionalized fuel data on pages 521a through 521d. The one-time hours were completed in 2012 and in this ICR FERC is removing the one-time hours. This collection also saw an increased number of filers which is the sole reason for the agency adjustment.
