Short Statement: New program personnel corrected calculation and figures previously used for respondents versus responses and illiminated the IC for State, Local & Tribal. Also, re-evaluated the per response times, termination of some crop programs and the addition of new policies and pilot programs have resulted in a decrease of respondents but a net increase in the burden hours and responses.
