This revision is requested in coordination with revisions to 25 CFR 162, which add certain information collection requirements to the leasing process. Existing information collection requirements are unchanged, but section numbers are updated. Respondents are Native American Tribes or individuals who request residential and business leases on trust and restricted land. No specific form is used but respondents supply information & data so that the Secretary may make an evaluation & determination in accordance with established Federal factors, rules, and policies.
