The Commission has reduced the total annual burden hours by 50,520 hours. There is no program change however, FCC Form 477 and the instructions were updated and loaded into the ROCIS system. The reduction adjustment is due to a change in the estimated time per response from 337 hours to 289 hours; and from 72 to 65 hours for single, state-specific, incumbent LECs or non-incumbent LECs. This adjustment is due to respondents' familiarity with the new, online filing procedures and with the changes in their own systems that were necessary to comply with this information collection, which respondents have gained in experince during the two filings required during OMB's one-year approval of this data collection on a pilot basis.
