The Commission is reporting a burden adjustment of -48 hours. The decrease in burden hours is due to a re-estimate of the number of filings submitted to the Commission. The increase in the annual cost is due to re-estimate for outside counsel. That estimate has increased from $150 per hour for outside counsel to $300 per hour which the Commission is now using for the costs of contracting outside attorneys.
