Terms of Clearance: This collection is approved for two years with the following terms of clearance: HUD will consult with the disclosure review experts at the Census Bureau regarding the release of partial telephone numbers as potential indirect personal identifiers in the public use data files and will report back to OMB with a plan for ensuring adequate confidentiality protection of individually identifiable information in these files. In addition, HUD will provide a summary to OMB of the achieved response rates for the 2005 area surveys as soon as these are available.
