Abstract: The FCC issued a Report and Order in which final service rules were adopted for the 71-76 GHz, 81-86 GHz, and 92-95 GHz bands. The Report and Order provided that sharing and coordination among non-Federal Government links and between non-Federal Government and Federal Government operations will occur according to the registration and coordination standards and procedures adopted in the FCC's Report and Order and as further detailed in subsequent public notices issued consistent with that Order.
