On January 24, 2024, the Commission adopted a Report and Order, FCC 24-16, in WT Docket No. 20-133 entitled “Modernizing and Expanding Access to the 70/80/90 GHz Bands” (“Report and Order”). The Report and Order was subsequently released on January 26, 2024, and published in the Federal Register on April 29, 2024. Relevant to Control No. 3060-1070, the Report and Order adopted the following Commission rules: section 101.63(b); section 101.1523(a) and (e); and section 101.1528(a)(11), (b)(10), and (d).
