Abstract: Under Final Rule RM03-8-000, FERC is revising its regulations to establish quarterly financial reporting for jurisdictional companies. The information contained in the quarterly financial reports will identify the economic effects of significant trans- actions and events, allow staff to evaluate the adequately the adequacy of existing regulatory initiatives.
