Abstract: NSPS Subpart N is applicable to BOPFs in iron and steel plants commencing construction, modification or reconstruction after Juny 11, 1073. NSPS Subpart Na is applicable to any top-blown BOPF, hot metal transfer station or skimming station for which constructions, reconstruction, or modification commenced after January 20, 1983.
