Abstract: The Compliance Inspection Report (HUD-92051) is used by staff and private inspectors and appraisers. The Mortgagee's Assurance of Completion (HUD-92300) is used by mortgage companies for establishing escrow for incomplete repairs or construction. HUD staff review and approve these forms and use them in monitoring and training.
