Abstract: Property Compliance (form 92051) is used by HUD staff and private inspectors and appraisers. Mortgagee's Assurance (form 92300) is used by mortgage companies for establishing escrows for incomplete repairs or construction. HUD staff review and approve these forms and use them in monitoring and training.
