Abstract: In RM98-10-000 and RM98-12-000, the Commission is amending its regulations governing short-term transportation services. The proposed revisions are intended to reflect changes in the market for short-term transportation services, the complement the policies established under a series of Commission ordered rela- ting to the restructuring of the natural gas industry, to improve the efficiency of the market and exercise against market power.
