Terms of Clearance: SSA is to submit for OMB approval each customer satisfaction survey it wishes to conduct under this generic clearance prior to fielding the survey. OMB will have ten working days to review each survey. SSA will not include any evaluation of the effectiveness of a program under the customer satisfaction generic clearance process.
