Abstract: Since mobile homes/boats move at Government expense, data is needed to choose the best service at least cost. The information provided serves as a bid for contract to transport mobile homes/boats, and the carrier must provide the information in order to become a DOD-approved carrier. Carrier with best service for least cost receives the contract.
