Abstract: SINCE MOBILE HOMES MOVE AT GOVERNMENT EXPENSE, DATA IS NEEDED TO CHOOSE THE BEST SERVICE AT LEAST COST. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED SERVES A A BID FOR CONTRACT TO TRANSPORT MOBILE HOMES AND THE CARRIER MUST PROVIDE THE INFORMATION IN ORDER TO BECOME A DOD-APPROVED CARRIER. THE BEST SERVICE FOR LEAST COST CARRIER RECEIVES THE CONTRACT.
