The FCC has modified certain reporting requirements associated with the Universal Service Fund program in the Fourth Order on Reconsideration in Federal-Joint Board CC Docket 96-45. The revisions are related to 47 CFR 54.201(a)(2); Demonstration of Reasonable Steps; 47 CFR 54.301(a) through (f); 47 CFR 54.519; Streamlining Schools, Libraries, and Rural Health Care Providers; 47 CFR 54.604; Obligations to Notify Underlying Carriers; 47 CFR 54.703; and 47 CFR 54.705. These are approved -- the remaining provisions of the collection remain in effect.
