Abstract: The standard requires owners of new or modified/reconstructed magnetic tape manufacturing operations to make reports and to keep records. Quarterly excess emission reports or semiannual compliance reports are required. The reports and records enable the Administrator to determine that maximum achievable control technology is achieved and properly operated and maintained.
