Abstract: RESPONDENTS ARE OWNERS OR OPERATORS OF MAGNETIC TAPE MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS. RESPONDENTS MUST SUBMIT ONE-TIME REPORTS OF APPLICABILITY OF THE STANDARD, CONSTRUCTION, AND STARTUP AND RESULTS OF INITIAL PERFORMANCE TESTS. RECORDKEEPING OF PARAMETERS RELATED TO THE PERFORMANCE OF AIR POLLUTION CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES IS REQUIRED. THE REPORTS AND RECORDS WILL BE USED TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE NESHAP.
