Abstract: The State Plan preprint and amendments serve as a contract with OCSE in outlining the activities the State will perform as required by law in order for States to receive Federal funds to meet the costs of these activities. The affected public is comprised of States receiving funds. We are asking for approval of 34 State Plan preprint pages revised due to passage of time or to reflect new Federal requirements.
