Abstract: The State Plan preprint and amendments serve as a contract with OCSE in outlining the activities the State will perform as required by law in order for the State to receive Federal funds to meet the costs of these activities. The affected public is comprised of States receiving funds. We are asking for approval of the revised Stated Plan Preprint Page for Periodic Reporting to Consumer Reporting Agencies to reflect new Federal requirements.
