Abstract: This action proposes to revise the part 5 Experimental Radio Service Rules in order to promote technical innovation and new services. The information will be used to facilitate coordination between experimental licensees and non-experimental licensees and to ensure that all affected parties are informed of the temporary nature of experimental licenses. Respondents are for-profit businesses and nonprofit institutions.
