Short Statement: There is no change in burden. The Commission is simply representing the burden differently than when entered in ROCIS in 2008. The ROCIS system shows a program change decrease due to an IC sheet being removed. There is no program change. The only change is a -1 hour adjustment (from 682 to 681 hours).
