Abstract: This submission requests clearance of revisions to the Northeast regions' permit family of forms. Revisions are part of an action to amend the Northeast multispecies fishery management plan (FMP) and include a permit-dependent exempted fishing program, alterations to the days-at-sea reduction program, and days-at-sea allocation and limited access permit eligibility appeal rights.
