INSTALL, CALIBRATE, AND MAINTAIN INSTRUMENT TO RECORD DAILY THE TIME AND DURATION OF EACH STEEL PRODUCTION CYCLE AND EXHAUST GAS DIVERSION, AND IF VENTURI SCRUBBER IS USED, TO CONTINUOUSLY MEASURE PRESSURE LOSS.
