THIS COLLECTION OF INFORMATION WILL PERMIT FDA TO EXERCISE BETTER CONTROL AND INCREASE ASSURANCE THAT EVERY CONTAINER OF LOW-ACID AND ACIDIFIED FOOD RECEIVES A PROCESS WHICH RENDERS THE FOOD SAFE FROM MICROORGANISMS OF PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERN.
