Abstract: FERC-549(B) INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR A VIABLE CAPACITY RELEASE/OPEN ACCESS NATIONAL MARKET FOR THE TRANSPORTATION AND/OR STORAGE OF NATURAL GAS. THE ELECTRONIC BULLETIN BOARDS (EBB'S) ARE NEEDED FOR THE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE CAPACITY RELEASE MECHANISM/MARKET AND THE METHODS SHIPPERS ACCESS SUCH AS CAPACITY DATA. (NOPR ISSUED 12/16/94 IN DOCKET NO. RM95-4-000 REGARDING REVISIONS TO UNIFORM SYSTEM OF ACCOUNTS, FORMS, STATEMENTS, AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR NATURAL GAS COMPANIES.)
