Abstract: THE SURVEY WILL BE USED TO COLLECT DATA ON THE REASONS FOR TURNOVER FR A SAMPLE OF OUR FORMER FIELD REPRESENTATIVES. THE INFORMATION COLLECT WILL HELP THE CENSUS BUREAU DEVELOP PLANS TO REDUCE TURNOVER AND DETERMINE THE IMPACT OF AUTOMATION ON TURNOVER. THIS IN TURN SHOULD ALLOW FOR BETTER INFORMED MANAGEMENT DECISIONS REGARDING THE FIELD WOR FORCE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTOMATION IN FIELD OPERATIONS.
