Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED AND WILL BE USED TO ENSURE THAT RETROFIT EQUIPMENT BEING SOLD FOR THE PROGRAM PROVIDES A QUANTIFIED EMISSION REDUCTION WHEN INSTALLED AND TO ENSURE THAT SUCH EQUIPMENT IS BEING US AS REQUIRED BY THE PROGRAM. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS AND URBAN BUS OPERATORS.
