Abstract: Ths original ICR for the urban bus retrofit/rebuilding program was approved by OMB on 7-22-94 for use through 7-31-97 (OMB Control Number 2060-0302). The current ICR 1702.2 expires on 9-30-01. The CAA Amendments require the subject urban buses to be retrofitted to comply with an emission standard that reflects the best retrofit technology and maintenance practices reason- ably achieveable.
