Abstract: INDIVIDUALS, MANUFACTURERS, AND BUSINESSES WILL REPORT AND KEEP RECORD OF IMPORTED SMALL SI ENGINES WHILE ON EXEMPT STATUS. EPA WILL USE THI INFORMATION TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH EXEMPTION AGREEMENTS. A TEST PROGRAM, WHICH USES NON-CONFORMING NONROAD ENGINES, IS NEEDED. EPA WI USE THIS INFORMATION TO ENSURE THAT UNCERTIFIED VEHICLES OR ENGINES FO THESE TWO PROGRAMS.
