Abstract: Individuals, manufacturers, and business will report and keep records of imported marine engines while on exempt status. They will submit reports as part of their testing programs when an uncertificed marine engine is needed. EPA will use this information to ensure that uncertified marine engines from these two programs are introduced into commerce only on a temporary basis and only for legitimate purposes.
