Abstract: SECTION 74.21 REQUIRES LICENSEES OF AUXILIARY BROADCAST STATIONS TO NOTIFY THE FCC IN THE EVENT THAT STATION IS OPERATED IN A MANNER OTHER THAN THAT FOR WHICH STATION IS AUTHORIZED, AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE AND WHEN EMERGENCY OPERATION IS TERMINATED. DATA USED BY FCC STAFF TO EVALUATE THE NEED AND NATURE OF THE EMERGENCY.
