Abstract: Section 74.21 requires licensees of auxilliary broadcast stations to notify the FCC in the event that station is operated in a manner other than that for which the station is authorized as soon as practicable and when emergency operation is terminated. Data is used by FCC staff to evaluate the need and nature of the emergency.
