Abstract: FERC-581 INFORMATION IS USED BY FERC STAFF TO DETERMINE IF POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS MEET THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT'S REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING PRIC FOR THE ACQUISITION OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES. THE INFORMATION SUPPLIE IS CONSIDERED NECESSARY TO OBTAIN THE BENEFITS OF THE AWARDED CONTRACT THE COMMISSION MONITORS CONTRACT PROGRESS TO ASSURE ALL TERMS ARE MET UPON CONTRACT CLOSEOUT.
