Abstract: ADMINISTRATORS OF PLANS TERMINATING IN A STANDARD OR A DISTRESS TERMINATION UNDER SEC. 4041 OF ERISA MUST FILE WITH THE PBGC INFORMATI ESTABLISHING THAT THE PLAN HAS SATSIFIED THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE TYPE OF TERMINATION CHOSEN. PBGC HAS PRESCRIBED FORMS TO BE USED IN FILING THE INFORMATION, WITH SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION TO BE FILED AS NEEDED OR UPON REQUEST.
