Abstract: RECORD MAINTENANCE AND RETENTION REQUIREMENTS FOR INFANT FORMULA MICROBIOLOGICAL AND NUTRIENT TESTING, CONSUMER COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURES ARE NECESSARY TO ASSURE THE SAFETY OF THE INFANT FORMULA BY ESTABLISHING THAT APPROPRIATE NUTRIENT LEVELS AR PRESENT.
