Abstract: THE FINAL RULE 10 CFR PART 54 SETS THE PROCEDURES AND STANDARDS FOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANT LICENSE RENEWAL INCLUDING INFORMATION SUBMITTAL AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS. ALTHOUGH THE CURRENT REGULATIONS PROVIDE FOR RENEWAL, THEY DO NOT ESTABLISH PROCEDURES AND STANDARDS.
