Terms of Clearance: This ICR, which is associated with the rulemaking entitled "Modificati of Regulations of Form No. EIA-714, Annual Electric Power System Report," is approved through December, 1990, as requested. Before that time, DOE should resubmit the form with the appropriate changes suggested in the public comments. Furthermore, before the second renewal, DOE must review form IE-411 and determine whether or not there is duplication between the IE-411 and EIA-714. DOE should work with responaents to identify duplication in these forms. To the extent that duplication exists, on or both of the forms should be revised before being submitted to OMB for further review.
