Abstract: EMERGENCY ONE-TIME LETTER SURVEY OF INTERSTATE TRANSPORTATION ACTIVITY PURSUANT TO SECTION 311 OF THE NGPA IS NEEDED TO COLLECT CERTAIN VOLUMETRIC AND FACILITY DATA RELATED TO CURRENT SECTION 311 TRANSPORTATION TRANSACTIONS UNDER THE NATURAL GAS POLICY ACT. THE DATA ARE ESSENTIAL IN ORDER TO RESPOND IN A TIMELY FASHION TO THE COURT'S REMAND OF COMMISSION ORDERS IN DOCEKT NUMBERS GP88-11-000 AND 001, (44 FERC 61,082).
