Abstract: FERC-531 PROVIDES INFORMATION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS OF INDEPENDENT NATURAL GAS PRODUCERS TO SELL NATURAL GAS IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE. THE PROPOSED RULEMAKING (RM89-16) WILL AMEND THE COMMISSION'S REGULATIONS TO REFLECT PROVISIONS OF THE DECONTROL ACT FOR NATURAL GAS (1989).
