Abstract: THE PROPOSED RULEMAKING (RM89-16) WILL AMEND THE COMMISSION'S REGULATIONS TO REFLECT PROVISIONS OF THE NATURAL GAS WELLHEAD DECONTRO ACT OF 1989 (DECONTROL ACT). FERC-121 PROVIDES THE INFORMATION TO EVALUATE AND DETERMINE IF A WELL QUALIFIES FOR THE FOUR PRICE CATEGORIES UNDER THE NATURAL GAS POLICY ACT.
